central location, proximity to restaurants, seamless check-in process
Filthy stained carpets need immediate attention!!! Cold plates at meals are unacceptable!!! Unfinished paintwork throughout gives off a shabby feel!!! Odd placements of electric points are inconvenient!!! Overall maintenance needs serious improvement!!!

View was excellent, breakfast was hot, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Modest cheap room, baggage storage, thick blackout curtains and coffee were appreciated. It had great location steps away from Museum of Perth. This hotel was in a great area.

The location is amazing, with easy access to
Public transport and numerous shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. My first room lacked natural light and had some noise issues. Fortunately, after requesting a change, I was moved to a much better room. Decent stay.
